Mohammad Hanif Moaz Has Both A Bachelor's And Master's Degree In Law And Jurisprudence From Kabul University, And Has Also Completed A Legal Internship From The Ministry Of Justice Of Afghanistan. He Has Extensive Education And Experience In Jurisprudence, Law And Philosophy. His Areas Of Expertise Include Law/jurisprudence, Greek Heart Philosophy, New Islamic Philosophy, Theology And All Practical/executive And Textual Law Lecturing, Training, Research, Proofreading And Editing. His Achievements As A Writer Are:

 1) Anti-Sexual Harassment Guidelines.

2) Pashto Translation Of International Criminal Law.

3) Principles And Standards Of Audit/inspection In Shariah And Law.

4) The Arrangement Of The Subjects Of Hanafi Jurisprudence And Their Interrelationships.

6) Editing, Interpretation, Correction And Compilation Of Many Private And Public Law, English, Arabic, Pashto And Persian Books, Magazines And Articles.

Also, Mr. Moaz Has Done Some Important Teaching And Management Tasks Such As; Professor, Head Of Departments At Kabul State University, Kabul-Ghalib Private University, Bakhtar Private University, Khabash Private University, Bayazid Roshan Private Higher Education Institution, Ahmad Shah Abdali Private Higher Education Institution, Karwan Private University And Future Private University, Has Performed Important Duties As The Head Of The Faculty And The Academic Assistant. He Has Been A Master Trainer For Capacity Building With NGOs, He Has Also Written Important Manuals In This Field And Has Trained About 300 Capacity Building Masters Across The Country.

Similarly, He Has Participated In Many Training Workshops, Meetings And International Conferences. Moaz Has Worked Closely With Many Public And Private Universities And Is Fluent In Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Urdu And English. Professor Moaz Has Started Working With The National Institute Of Higher Education As A Teacher And Vice President Of Scientific And Academic Affairs.
