A national scientific conference was organized by Mili University on the 26th and 27th of Qaws, 1404 (Solar Hijri). For the first time at the national level, comprehensive and well-structured discussions were held in Afghanistan regarding medicines، Specialists, professors, and researchers from different parts of the country participated and presented research papers on the rational use of medicines, their proper application, and related policy frameworks.
This conference marked an important step for Afghanistan’s health sector, as it was the first time that the subject of medicines became a matter of national scientific discussion, offering valuable recommendations to policymaking administrations.
