Based on these needs, the Transportation Management Department has been
established at Mili University to facilitate students' daily commuting needs.
Need for Establishing Transportation

Due to the increasing number of students, the distance between their
residences and the university, and the limitations of urban transportation
services, the establishment of an organized transportation system became
essential. The Transportation Management Department helps address the following

Eligibility Requirements for Transportation
Services
Students wishing to use transportation services must meet the following
requirements:
· Be an active student of Mili University.
· Pay the designated transportation fee of AFN 1,000 per
semester.
· Possess a valid Student Identification Card (ID Card).
· Obtain a Transportation Service Card.
Safety and Discipline Regulations
To ensure efficient transportation services, the following regulations must
be observed:
· Adherence to designated schedules and routes
· Maintaining discipline and order inside vehicles
