Initially, the National Institute of Higher Education began its academic activities in two departments: Therapeutic Medicine and Law and Political Science, which later in 2014, the Faculty of Stomatology was added to its academic activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties:

Requesting requests for sending research projects from faculties and their approval by the Research Directorate.

Receiving the defense of graduates' monographs

Guiding students in the field of research.

Submitting project progress reports.

Establishing coordination between authors and the editorial board of scientific articles in publishing scientific journals.

Performing other duties assigned by authorities in accordance with the policies, procedures, bills and objectives of the institution.

Management Duties:

Planning and arranging the monthly, quarterly and annual work plan of the department in accordance with the plans and goals of the relevant faculty and the institution.

Job Requirements:

Having a minimum bachelor's degree in therapeutic medicine and higher degrees in the mentioned field are preferred.

Work Experience:

At least three years of relevant work experience.

Management Duties; At least three years for bachelor's and two years for specialist and master's.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in both official languages ​​of the country (Pashto and Dari) and familiarity with the English language.

Proficiency in computer programs in programs related to the job.

Required skills in planning and report writing
