The two-day workshop on new teaching methods has concluded.
With the aim of enhancing the academic capacity of faculty members and
providing practical familiarity with new teaching methods, a two-day workshop
was organized by the Professional Development Center, in which the new teaching
methods OBE, SCL, PBL, and CBL were reviewed.
On the first day of the workshop, the Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs of
Mili University, Muhammad Hanif Moaz, delivered the opening speech. He provided
comprehensive information on the value of new teaching methods, their impact on
the learning process, and the role of faculty members in improving the quality
of education.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Darvishian, who presented
the concepts of new teaching methods, their practical application, and how to
implement them in the educational environment in detail. Faculty members gained
valuable practical experience through group activities, practical examples, and
academic discussions.
During the workshop, participants shared their opinions, suggestions, and
practical experiences and requested the continuation of such programs.
According to them, these types of programs not only enhance the quality of
student learning but also play an important role in further strengthening the
professional capacities of faculty members.
