Separate Coordination Meetings Held with Academic and Administrative Staff
The
Chancellor of Mili University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib,
met with academic and administrative staff in two separate sessions on the eve
of the new year.
In
the first meeting, held with academic staff, discussions focused on enhancing
coordination in teaching affairs, improving the effectiveness of academic
activities, and introducing new academic programs for the upcoming year. Associate
Professor Habib emphasized the quality of the teaching process, the proper
implementation of lesson plans, and strengthened collaboration in student
recruitment.
In
the second meeting, held with administrative staff, key topics included the
preparation of annual work plans and reports, accelerating and ensuring
transparency in administrative processes, strengthening inter-departmental
coordination, and readiness for the spring entrance exam. The Chancellor emphasized
that all departments should prepare their annual plans and reports on time to
ensure the university’s overall activities proceed in an organized manner.
At
the end of the meetings, participants shared a number of their requests,
suggestions, and perspectives with the university leadership.
