Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance
Eng. Mohammad Zubair Sarwarzai is a native of Kuz Kunar
district in Nangarhar Province and a highly experienced civil engineer. He
completed his secondary education at Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan High School and
earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Khurasan University in
2014.
After graduation, he had the honor of teaching in the
Engineering Faculties of both Al-Falah and Khurasan Universities. He later went
on to serve in various technical and engineering roles with several reputable
private and governmental institutions.
Mr. Sarwarzai has extensive experience in construction
management, site supervision, and infrastructure maintenance. His professional
journey includes leadership of the maintenance project at Herat International
Airport, collaboration with multiple reputable construction firms, and
partnership with the international organization UNOPS.
Over the years, Mr. Sarwarzai has held key positions such as
Project Manager, Site Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, and Engineering
Lecturer. In these roles, he has led diverse teams and successfully delivered
projects with high standards of quality and professionalism.
In December 2024 (Qaws 1404), he was appointed as the Vice Chancellor for
Administration and Finance at Milli University. He continues to serve in this
capacity with dedication and commitment.
