Dr. Sadaqat Yaqubi chancellor of Mili Institute of Higher Education is a qualified professional with extensive experience in health care, development, and emergency program implementation holding a great educational background includes MD in general curative medicine and MBA in Health Care and Hospital Management, and various certificates in management, leadership, research, communication, planning, supervision, and monitoring. Dr Yaqubi has more than 22 years of diverse working experience in the diverse working environment including international and national organizations and social institutions. He is a motivated and hardworking individual who strongly believes in teamwork and achieving professional excellence. Throughout demonstrating ability to effectively manage teams and programs, provide strategic guidance and policy advisory support, and ensure the achievement of program results. In his the most recent role as a Program Specialist/Analyst at the GF-UNDP Country Office-Kabul, he have successfully managed technical professional staff and implemented the UNDP-GF Program with providing strategic guidance, policy advisory support, and hands-on technical support to ensure the achievement of program targets. He has also served as a Chancellor of a university, where he led the academic, research, administrative, and operational affairs of the institution. He developed and implemented a strategic plan, established international relations with universities and institutions, and supervised academic and administrative activities. Furthermore, He has experience as a Senior Projects' Manager in an emergency response organization named Handicap International, a Health Program Officer in a Red Cross society, a Projects' Manager in an NGO, and a Transition Assistance Manager & Consultant at UNDP. In these roles, he successfully led teams, implemented projects, monitored program activities, and provided technical support.
