An Online System for Student and Staff Complaints to Be Launched
In
the monthly meeting of the Complaints Hearing Committee, it was decided that in
order to more effectively address the requests, suggestions, and complaints of
students and staff, an electronic system will be established through which
everyone can share their concerns and issues online with the institution’s
authorities.
This
meeting, chaired by Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, Chancellor of the
Mili Institute of Higher Education, reviewed several complaints and suggestions
submitted by students and staff. As a result, it was decided that this system
will be launched to create a more organized and efficient environment.
According
to Mr. Habib, the aim of this initiative is to provide a safe and trustworthy
space for all Mili staff and students so they can confidently and comfortably
express their views and concerns. He added that every opinion and suggestion is
valuable to the institution and will be seriously followed up. He also
emphasized that all feedback will be constructively used in the development and
adjustment of the institution’s policies, so that each member sees themselves
reflected in the administration.
It
is worth noting that currently, suggestion boxes have been placed in various
parts of the institution where students and staff can submit written feedback.
These are thoroughly reviewed during the committee’s monthly meetings. With the
launch of the online system, everyone will now also be able to submit their
complaints via social media and Mili’s official email.
