Presentation of the Mili University Strategic Plan

A session to present the Mili University Strategic Plan was held with the participation of the university leadership, academic and administrative staff, students, and relevant officials.

The session began with opening remarks by Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, Chancellor of Mili University. In his speech, he emphasized the value and importance of the strategic plan and noted that it provides a clear and organized path for managing the university’s academic, research, and administrative affairs in the future. He added that this strategic plan is the result of continuous efforts by the university leadership and relevant departments, and it has also been approved by the Ministry.

Following this, Mawlawi Saeed Ul Rahman Ehsas, Legal and Social Affairs Advisor of Mili University, addressed the audience. He congratulated the university leadership and all staff for the preparation and approval of the new strategic plan and urged everyone to collaborate in its implementation.

Next, Aziz Ahmad Fazli, member of the central committee for drafting the strategic plan and Head of Research and the Scientific Journal, provided a detailed explanation of the Mili University Strategic Plan. In his presentation, he outlined its key dimensions, including the enhancement of academic quality, strengthening research, standardizing administrative processes, responding to students’ needs, and strategies to increase the university’s international reputation.

In the final part of the session, participants shared their positive feedback on the strategic plan and assured their cooperation for its effective implementation.

It is noteworthy that the Mili University Strategic Plan serves as the foundational roadmap for the next five years, guiding academic progress, research, innovations, and administrative reforms. Its implementation is expected to bring transformation and development across all sectors of the university.
