The Director General of the Administrative Affairs Office met with the leadership members of the National Scientific–Research Conference on behalf of the government and ministries.
The Director General of the Administrative Affairs Office, Sheikh Noor-ul-Haq Anwar, on behalf of the
Islamic Emirate and the relevant ministries, held a meeting with the members of
the leadership committees of the upcoming National Scientific–Research
Conference organized by Mili University,
titled “Rational Medicines use and Future
perspectives in Afghanistan.”
During the meeting, the President of Mili University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, together with the
members of the conference leadership committees, discussed with Mr. Anwar the
scientific objectives of the conference, its national importance, the necessity
of rational use of medicines, ways to strengthen the national health system,
and the role and value of scientific research.
Associate
Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib elaborated on the scientific structure of
the conference, the mechanisms for evaluating research papers, the process of
specialist participation, and the expected outcomes of the conference. He
emphasized that the conference is being organized to strengthen the linkage
between science, policy-making, and practical implementation.
Sheikh
Noor-ul-Haq Anwar, on behalf of the government and ministries, praised
the scientific initiatives of Mili
University and announced his full support for the organization of this
National Scientific–Research Conference. He stated that such national
scientific conferences play a fundamental role in the scientific grounding of
government policies, strengthening inter-ministerial coordination, and
improving public health in the country.
At
the conclusion of the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of
sustainable scientific cooperation, support for research, and the strengthening
of scientific institutions.
