Meeting of the Chancellor of Mili University and the Conference Leadership Board with the Minister of Information and Culture
The Chancellor of Mili University,
Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib,
accompanied by the members of the Leadership Board of the National
Scientific–Research Conference titled “Rational
Medicines use and Future perspectives in Afghanistan,” met and held
discussions with the Minister of Information and Culture, Sheikh Shir Ahmad Haqqani.
During the meeting, the scientific objectives of
the conference, its importance in raising public awareness, the role of
scientific research in improving the national health system, and the position
of academic institutions in supporting national policies were discussed.
The
Minister of Information and Culture welcomed this scientific initiative and
emphasized the effective role of national conferences in strengthening the
linkage between science, culture, and policy-making. He also announced the
Ministry’s support for the organization of this conference.
