Recognition of Outstanding Staff Behind the Success of the Conference

Following the successful conclusion of the National Scientific–Research Conference titled “Rational Use of Medicines and Future Perspectives,” a special appreciation ceremony was held to recognize the staff members who played an active role in organizing, implementing, and effectively coordinating the event.

During the ceremony, the Chancellor of Mili University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, delivered a speech in which he praised the academic standard of the conference, its organization, and the collective efforts of faculty members, researchers, and staff. He emphasized that the effective management demonstrated by the team reflects their strong capacity to successfully handle programs of even higher scale. He also extended his appreciation to both academic and administrative staff, as well as to the students who showed commendable performance in maintaining discipline and assisting in the conference management.

The Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Mohammad Hanif Moaz, also addressed the gathering, highlighting teamwork as the key factor behind the conference’s success. He commended the staff for their organization, commitment, and cooperation.

As a symbol of the collective efforts of all contributors, the commemorative plaque—awarded to Mili University by the Ministry of Higher Education upon achieving the desired outcomes—was also presented during the event.

At the end of the ceremony, academic and administrative staff, along with students who had worked diligently and sincerely toward the success of the conference, were honored with certificates of appreciation. The purpose of this recognition was not only to acknowledge their contributions but also to further motivate them for active participation in future academic programs.
