The Role of the United Nations in Global Crises Considering the Current Situation of Palestine and Israel

According to the plan of the Directorate of Research and Scientific Journal, a scientific seminar titled “The Role of the United Nations in Global Crises Considering the Current Situation of Palestine and Israel” was conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

This scientific seminar was presented to professors and students by Professor Sadruddin Faizi, Head of the Department of International Relations at the Faculty of Law and Political Science. During the presentation, Mr. Faizi discussed the historical background of the United Nations, its fundamental role in maintaining international peace and security, the functions of the Security Council and the General Assembly, the challenges arising from the veto power, and the organization’s stance in managing the Palestine-Israel crisis.

The seminar was part of the regular program of the Directorate of Research and Scientific Journal, aiming to enhance the academic level, strengthen research capacities, and create an environment for the exchange of scientific discussions and ideas among professors, students, and interested participants.
