A seminar on professional employability skills was held.

This academic program was organized by the Creativity, Employment, and Student Skills Development Center of the Mili University, aiming to enhance students’ practical abilities and introduce them to new approaches in employment.

The seminar was presented by the Head of Quality Enhancement, Basir al-Haq Adel, who explained to the participating students the core concept and importance of employability. According to him, employability is not limited to simply obtaining a job; it also involves defining a professional career path, effectively utilizing personal abilities, and meeting the needs of society.

Mr. Adel also highlighted the skills considered essential for success in the employment process. These included language learning for expanding networks and increasing job opportunities, gaining deep expertise in a specialized field, building connections with various organizations, familiarity with technology and modern tools, self-confidence, time management, and teamwork skills, all of which were explained in detail to the students.
