A Seminar held under the title “Effective Use of Information Technology.”
This seminar, presented by Abdullah Ahmadzai, Head of IT at the Mili University, covered key topics on
creating an email account, writing professional emails, and the broader
effective use of information technology.
At the beginning, Mr. Ahmadzai explained the process of creating an email
account and practically demonstrated to participants how to set up an official
email address and apply the necessary security settings. He then elaborated on
the principles of writing professional emails, including the subject line, the
body of the message, proper etiquette toward the recipient, the use of short
and clear sentences, and the standard format of the closing paragraph. Mr.
Ahmadzai further emphasized that email is an effective tool for proper time
management, secure document exchange, and administrative transparency, and he
presented practical examples of its effective use.
Participants appreciated the effectiveness of
the seminar and stressed that the continuation of such programs will play a
vital role in standardizing the university’s work processes.
