Dr. Naseer Ahmad Lateefzai son of Dr. Lal Muhammad Lateefzai born in 1984 in Kabul city. He started his primary school in Hazrat e Bilal primary school and graduated from Sayed Jamaluddeen Afghan Mujahid High School in 2002. He started curative Medical Faculty at Paktya University in 2005 and graduated with high marks in 2013. Beside his educations he has also studied English language and Computer programs. From 10 years of his graduation, he served as a medical doctor with deferent NGOs and institutions in fields of medical practice, Health Management and Teaching medical Subjects. He now serves as a lecturer and head of para-clinic department in Mili Institute of Higher Education.
