Monthly Administrative Council Meeting -September
The
monthly meeting of the Administrative Council of Mili University was held under
the chairmanship of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration, Mohammad
Zubair Sarwarzai. The meeting began with a brief report reviewing the decisions
of the previous month and assessing their implementation. Following this, the
issue of adjusting attendance schedules with the start of the new academic term
was discussed, and it was emphasized that all staff members must adhere strictly
to attendance regulations.
During
the session, the matter of rewarding employees was raised in order to
acknowledge and appreciate their additional efforts. Participants also
highlighted certain technical problems in classrooms, and the relevant authorities
were instructed to take immediate action to resolve these issues.
The
Council further stressed the importance of coordination among departments in
organizing seminars and other academic programs, to ensure that upcoming
academic activities are carried out in an orderly and effective manner. The
meeting concluded with insistence on taking decisive steps to implement the
agreed decisions.
